The first album in over 10 years from Ministry supremo Al Jourgensen's side project Revolting Cocks, COCKED AND LOADED features an eclectic all-star cast that includes the Dead Kennedys' Jello Biafra, the Butthole Surfers' Gibby Haynes, ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons, and Cheap Trick's Rick Neilsen. COCKED AND LOADED's sound is likewise odd and varied. The album's second track, "Ten Million Ways to Die," is a bizarre combination of industrial raunch and downbeat Latin beatbox rhythms, while "Devil Cock" is Jourgensen's take on death metal, "Viagra Culture" (with its manic voiceover) is stomping industrial disco, and "Caliente" is a metallic cover of Bauhaus's "Dark Entries."
