It's a good thing, too, as vinyl copies of NO RESPECT are hard to come by. The years may have dulled Dangerfield's celluloid luster and appeal, but this landmark recording is still the epitome of Rodney, recorded when he was loosening up his Borsch Belt bellyaches and eviscerating his audience with his spiciest and choicest one-liners.
You know you're in good hands when an album opens with the line, "No respect at all-when I was a baby I was breast-fed by my father!" From there the barbs come sharp and quick.
