Help Desk - Fishpond.co.ukWhy does the same book have a different price? Some books are published under the same ISBN number in more than one country. For example a book might be published in the US, UK and Australia with the same ISBN number. Since the ISBN is the same, the contents of the book are the same. However the price that the publisher sets in different countries is often different. For example, U.S.A books are usually cheaper than UK books. Since we have suppliers in different countries and the shipping times often differ, customers are given the choice of choosing which version is best for them. Normally, we recommend choosing the cheapest copy. However if one is more expensive but has a faster arrival time, and the customer needs the book urgently, the more expensive book could be chosen.
